Shipping policy
Our top priority is getting your order to you intact, at the quickest possible time. However, we envisage shipping and delivery delays during any holiday season.
We will notify you as soon as your order ships or if we foresee any issues with fulfilling your order.
DELIVERY METHOD
To ensure fast and efficient delivery, we have partnered with a third-party courier company. The prices quoted below are for their professional door-to-door shipping services. If they are unable to deliver to you, they will notify you and send you a pickup address.
DELIVERY FEES
- We offer a flat fee of ₦3,500 for all deliveries within Abuja city, ₦4,500 for deliveries outside Abuja but within the FCT, and ₦10,000 for nationwide express delivery within Nigeria.
- These fixed delivery fees cover only up to 2kg for all locations. An additional ₦1,000 will be charged for every 0.5kg weight sent outside the FCT.
DELIVERY TIMELINES
- Processing time for orders is 1 business day (business days do not include weekends or holidays). These times may be extended by 3- 5 business days during holidays, launches/restocks, limited-edition releases, sales and, promotions.
- Once shipped, delivery time within Abuja is the same day, to other parts of Nigeria it takes 2 -5 business days.
- All orders are shipped via third party courier. Please note, that we are not responsible for any deliveries that may be affected by, but are not limited to, the following: customs, natural occurrences, air/ground transportation strikes/delays, or transfers from carriers.
